About GuardSport

GuardSport is safeguarding software for UK sports clubs and charities. We combine automated compliance management with a secure, encrypted incident reporting system. It covers every club, from a single Saturday-morning youth team to a multi-site charity running dozens of sessions. Each one can meet its duty of care without drowning in spreadsheets and paperwork.

The platform tracks DBS checks, coaching certifications, and policy acknowledgements, then sends automatic renewal reminders before anything lapses. When a concern arises, Club Welfare Officers can log it in a tamper-evident, role-gated incident vault. It keeps sensitive details encrypted and produces audit-ready records on demand.

A clear dashboard gives committees and trustees the oversight they need. It keeps individual cases private to the people who are entitled to see them.

GuardSport is built by a small team who have spent years around grassroots sport — as volunteers, parents, and welfare officers. They were frustrated that the clubs doing the hardest work had the fewest tools to protect their members. We design for the volunteer running the kit wash on a muddy Sunday morning, not for an elite academy. Pricing starts at £12 a month for the smallest community clubs, and scales only when a club grows.
